FAQ

Buying

What exactly do I receive?

You receive access to the complete hosted edition of The Arteta Epic, plus:

  • The A1 poster as a print-ready PDF
  • Light and dark high-resolution poster PNGs
  • The complete Offline Edition ZIP
  • Light and dark Image Library ZIPs

Is anything physically delivered?

No. Drop 001 is entirely digital. Nothing will be posted to you. The supplied A1 PDF can be printed at home or by a professional print shop.

Is this a subscription?

No. It is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring payments.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payment is handled securely by Stripe. The payment methods available for your location and device are shown at checkout. Rondo does not receive or store your card details.

What is the refund policy?

If Drop 001 is not right for you, email support@rondorondo.studio within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your payment. This applies even if you have already opened or downloaded the product.

After 14 days, refunds and other remedies remain available where required by law, including where the product was not delivered, is faulty or is materially different from its description.

A refund ends future hosted access. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

For help with a purchase, email support@rondorondo.studio from the address used at checkout.

Access

Does it work on phones and tablets?

Yes. The hosted edition works in current browsers on phones, tablets and computers. Some of the denser visualisations are best explored on a larger screen, but the complete product remains accessible on mobile.

Is access immediate?

Usually within a minute of payment, although email delivery can occasionally take a few minutes. Once Stripe confirms payment, Rondo sends a personal access link to the email address used at checkout.

Is an account required?

No. Your personal access link is all you need to access the hosted edition. No account or password is required.

How is the personal link delivered?

It is sent to the email address used at checkout. Once checkout is confirmed, the purchase confirmation page also opens your edition directly.

What should I do if the access email does not arrive?

Check your spam or junk folder first. You can then use access recovery to request a fresh link. If it still does not arrive, email support@rondorondo.studio from the address used at checkout.

Can I use it on multiple devices?

Yes. Open your personal access link on each device or browser you want to authorise.

Can I share my access link?

No. Each purchase is for one person’s personal use. Your access link is a personal credential and should not be shared.

Downloads

What’s the difference between the Hosted Edition and Offline Edition?

The Hosted Edition opens online through your personal access link and always reflects the latest corrections. The Offline Edition is a downloadable copy you can keep and open without an internet connection.

How large are the downloads?

The current Offline Edition ZIP is approximately 21 MB.

The Image Library ZIP is approximately 57 MB in light mode and 70 MB in dark mode. File sizes may change slightly when corrections are published.

How do I open the Offline Edition?

Unzip the downloaded file and open index.html in a current web browser. It requires no Rondo account, special application or internet connection after download.

Usage & Licensing

Can a print shop print the poster for me?

Yes. A commercial print shop may print the supplied PDF for your personal use.

Commercial reproduction, publication, distribution or resale is not permitted.

Can I share Player Cards?

Yes. You may share an individual Player Card or another small excerpt to highlight useful information, provided it is non-commercial and does not expose personal access or reproduce a substantial part of the product.

Do not share or upload the A1 Poster Epic PDF or PNG files.

Is the product for personal use only?

Yes. You may view, download and print the edition for your own personal use. Limited non-commercial sharing of an individual Player Card or another small excerpt is permitted; resale and commercial distribution are not.

Updates

Are future corrections or updates included?

Corrections to Drop 001 are included in the latest hosted edition and download files while they remain available.

Drop 001 is a finished historical product rather than a live statistics service. Future Rondo drops and separate products are not included.

Is the hosted edition guaranteed to remain available forever?

No online service can be guaranteed indefinitely. Rondo intends to maintain the hosted edition, but the downloadable Offline Edition is the permanent copy you should keep.

About Rondo

What does The Arteta Epic cover?

It covers all 248 of Arsenal’s Premier League matches under Mikel Arteta, from his appointment in December 2019 through the end of the title-winning 2025/26 season.

It is focused on Arsenal’s Premier League journey. Domestic cups, European competitions and international matches are not included.

Is Rondo affiliated with Arsenal?

No. Rondo is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Arsenal Football Club or the Premier League.

What is Rondo?

Rondo creates standalone visual stories that offer perspective and calm — an antidote to the stress and overwhelm of minute-by-minute transfer sagas, media narratives, and an ever-increasing pressure to bet now.

The Arteta Epic is Rondo Drop 001 — the first in what I hope will become a series of independent releases.

Is there more information in the charts than the headline number?

Many Rondo cards layer several related facts into one visual. For example, the Clean Sheets card shows how often Arsenal conceded zero goals, one goal, two goals and so on. But the green, grey and red portions of each bar also show how many of those matches were wins, draws and defeats.

This type of approach is used throughout the product, so take your time and look carefully at each chart’s legends, colour keys, labels and annotations as well as the headline figure.

What will Drop 002 be?

Live in the moment. Enjoy Drop 001 ;)

About the creator

Who made this?

Rondo was created independently by Colm McMullan, the designer and developer behind Stats Zone.

What is happening with Stats Zone?

Stats Zone will not continue for the 2026/27 season.

Rondo is a separate new project built around standalone visual football stories. Supporting Drop 001 helps determine what I build next, but no return of Stats Zone is currently promised.

Was AI used to create the product?

Yes. Like many, I've been on a journey with AI and my view on it is ever evolving. From considering quitting work in tech completely, to the excitement of how it can help me create things I didn't previously have the capacity for.

It's very unlikely that The Arteta Epic would exist without the help of AI. I used AI for high-volume engineering work like backend infrastructure, tooling and automation. The concept, editorial direction, visual design and written content are my own.
