Terms of Sale and Use
Last updated 5 August 2026.
These terms apply when you buy, access or use a Rondo release. Please read them before ordering.
1. Publisher and contract
Rondo is published by Tiki-Taka Limited (“Rondo”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 07650923. Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. Our VAT registration number is GB 116 9062 21.
You can contact us at support@rondorondo.studio. The contract is between you and Tiki-Taka Limited.
2. Product and order
Rondo Drop 001 is a digital product. It includes the hosted edition of The Arteta Epic, the A1 poster PDF and PNG files, an offline edition and the image-library downloads described on the sales page. Nothing is physically delivered.
It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The total price, including applicable taxes, is shown before you place the order. Payment is processed by Stripe; Rondo does not receive or store full payment-card details.
Your order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and we make the product available. Access is normally delivered immediately on the confirmation page and by email, although email delivery can occasionally take longer.
3. Access and downloads
Your personal access link is the credential for the hosted edition. Keep it private. You may use it on your own devices, but you must not publish, sell, transfer or share it with another person.
The hosted edition may require you to refresh access periodically through a new personal link. No online service can be promised indefinitely. Keep the downloadable offline edition as your permanent copy.
Corrections to Drop 001 are included in the hosted edition and current downloads while they remain available. Future drops and separate products are not included.
4. Personal-use licence
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view, download and print the product for your own personal, non-commercial use. A print shop may handle the poster file only to produce a print for you.
You must not share, redistribute, republish or publicly upload the A1 Poster Epic PDF or PNG files, or make the product or a substantial part of it available to others.
You may share an individual Player Card or another small excerpt to highlight useful information, provided the sharing is non-commercial, does not expose personal access, and does not reproduce a substantial part of the product.
You must not resell or commercially exploit any part of the product. You must not scrape the hosted edition, bypass access controls or use automated tools to extract its content.
A material breach, fraud or public sharing may result in the personal link being rotated or hosted access being revoked. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Ownership and unofficial status
Rondo’s original design, writing, software and visualisations are owned by or licensed to Tiki-Taka Limited. Buying the product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
Names, marks, competition branding and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners. Rondo is an independent, unofficial product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Arsenal Football Club, the Premier League or their partners.
6. Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel for any reason within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. Email support@rondorondo.studio from the address used at checkout. No special form is required. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
This 14-day policy still applies if you have opened the hosted edition or downloaded files. A full refund ends future hosted access, although files already downloaded cannot technically be recalled.
After 14 days, remedies remain available where required by law, including where digital content was not supplied, is faulty or is materially different from its description. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Accuracy and availability
Rondo is an editorial football-data product. We take reasonable care with its content and files, but minor errors may occur and online availability may occasionally be interrupted. If you report a problem, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it or provide an appropriate remedy.
8. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for business losses arising from a purchase made for personal use.
9. Worldwide sales
Rondo is sold internationally where checkout is available. You are responsible for ensuring the product can lawfully be purchased and used where you live. Any taxes collected for your location are shown at checkout.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove mandatory protections or court rights provided by the law of your country of residence.
10. Changes
The version of these terms presented when you purchase governs that purchase. We may update terms for future purchases or clarify how the hosted service operates, but we will not use a later version to remove rights already granted to you.
11. Free beta access
If Rondo is supplied free for private beta testing, the payment and refund clauses do not apply. Beta features, files and access methods may change before release. The personal-use, access-security, ownership and unofficial-status clauses still apply.
12. Contact
For purchase, access, cancellation or legal questions, email support@rondorondo.studio. Please write from the address used at checkout where the request relates to a purchase.
